These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Finii website and dashboard. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("user", "you") and Finii ("we", "us"), the operator of the website finii.ai and the dashboard available at dashboard.finii.ai (together, the "Platform").
Finii is an independent private technology platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government department, traffic police department, court, or other government authority unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Finii provides a digital interface through which users may access challan-related information available to them and, where available, proceed with an applicable settlement or payment option.
Finii provides technology and assistance services only. We do not issue, cancel, waive, reduce, or adjudicate traffic challans, and we do not represent any authority in any proceeding.
The availability of challan information, settlement options, and payment amounts may vary depending on the challan and the applicable authorities and rules.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act in relation to the challan or vehicle for which you use the service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity carried out through your account.
You are responsible for verifying the challan details, amounts, and options shown to you before proceeding with any payment or settlement.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
Challan-related information displayed on the Platform may be sourced from or dependent on third-party systems and records. Such information is provided on an "as available" basis.
Finii does not warrant that challan information is complete, current, or free of error at all times, and records maintained by the relevant authority will prevail in case of any discrepancy.
Where a settlement or payment option is shown, it is subject to the status of the challan and to the rules applicable to it. An option shown at one time may not remain available later.
Finii does not guarantee any particular outcome, settlement, reduction, or closure of any challan.
Completion of a payment through the Platform does not by itself constitute confirmation by any authority. Confirmation timelines depend on the relevant third-party or authority systems.
Finii may charge a service or convenience fee for the use of the Platform. Any applicable fee, payable amount, and taxes will be displayed to you before you confirm a transaction.
Fees are subject to change. Changes apply to transactions initiated after the updated fees are displayed on the Platform.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and payment partners. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Finii does not store your complete card details, card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords. Payment authentication is performed within the payment partner’s environment.
Refund and cancellation terms applicable to transactions made through the Platform are as follows:
Where a payment has already been transmitted to or accepted by a third party or authority, a refund may not be possible. Amounts collected as service fees for a completed service may be non-refundable.
To raise a refund or transaction-related request, contact contact@finii.ai with your transaction reference details.
The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services, systems, and websites. Finii is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of any third party.
Finii is not a government website, government department, police authority, court, or official government portal. No content on the Platform should be interpreted as an official government communication.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal advice or representation before any authority.
All content on the Platform, including the Finii name, logo, interface design, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Finii and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, use automated tools to scrape or extract data, submit false or fraudulent information, use another person’s payment instrument without authority, or interfere with the security of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
Our aggregate liability in relation to any claim connected with the Platform shall not exceed the service fee paid by you to Finii for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finii, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or inaccurate information submitted by you.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used and protected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
